I found The Ryan Mortgage Team to be very professional and honest. I told Tara I wanted a no cost refinance and that is what I got without any hint of a bait and switch. I first tried the company with the radio commercial stating "the biggest no brainer in the history of earth" and yet when it came down to closing the loan I had to pay closing cost because we did not qualify for no cost refi. It turns out our loan was not "big" enough for the no cost refi. That critical criterion seemed to be left off of the commercial and website.
